We understand things happen so we are happy to be flexible. However, we carve out time for each experience so all of our clients feel heard, valued, and perfectly beautified. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

No call, no show: 100% of the appointment cost.

Notify less than 24 hours: 50% of the appointment cost.

Notify 24 hours or more: you're set - no charge.

NW Beauty Box Requires a $100 Deposit on permanent makeup and a 50% deposit for all other services

Chezak is firm in protecting her clients' privacy. All images used on this site have been used with explicit permission from each client. We also value our clients information. We will never sell your data.

I recommend bringing your favorite color so we can color match. If that doesn't work for you, we can go through my colors together and work together to find something you love.
